Watchlisted domains cited by AI chatbots
When a chatbot answers a question about Ukraine it often searches the live web. This is the list of domains from known Russian influence infrastructure that we have observed appearing in those answers — the Pravda network, Doppelganger, Matryoshka, Storm-1516 and state media. 13 domains, watchlist version v14, updated 2026-09-09.
Attribution is not ours alone: each entry records the public attribution by Viginum, DFRLab, NewsGuard or EU DisinfoLab. Domains are written in defanged form and never hyperlinked, so this page never sends traffic to them.

A citation is counted once per answer per domain, however many times that answer linked to it. Source-to-answer counts the claims where this domain both published the falsehood and was cited by an assistant answering about it — the strongest single piece of evidence here. Critical counts the answers that repeated a claim while citing this domain.
