Countermeasures

Every action we take on a documented claim is recorded here: reports to AI platforms, abuse complaints to registrars and hosts, data handed to state and fact-checking partners, and re-measurements. 24 actions, 6 responses received, median response time 4 days.

How we work. The agent prepares a countermeasure, assembles its evidence and drafts the submission. A person confirms before anything is sent, filed or published. Everything below is the public part of that log: the fact, the date, the target and the status — never the submission, the proof, or correspondence with a platform.
