Terms of use
Plain-language summary first; the operative terms follow. Last updated 24 Oct 2026.
1. The service
Citere publishes research about how public AI assistants handle documented false claims. The site is provided for information and research purposes.
2. Data licence
Aggregated datasets, claim pages and reports are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, adapt and redistribute them, including commercially, provided you give appropriate credit to Citere and link to the source page.
3. Accurate representation
When reusing our figures you must retain the persona, date and model version attached to them. Presenting a persona-specific or date-specific measurement as a general statement about a product misrepresents the work and is not permitted under the attribution requirement.
4. Third-party names and marks
Names of AI assistants, companies and organisations are used for identification only. All trademarks remain the property of their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the platforms we test.
5. No warranty
The site is provided "as is". Measurements describe specific products at specific dates; systems change continuously and a figure may no longer hold. We do not warrant that the site is free of error, and we correct errors as described in our corrections policy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Citere is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on material published here.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it to harass any person or organisation. Automated access is welcome — see the data page for feeds and bulk downloads that are cheaper for both of us than crawling.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
