False claims about Ukraine found in AI chatbot answers

Every entry is one false claim we have documented appearing in the answers of at least one public AI assistant. Each records the verdict and the evidence behind it, what is genuinely true underneath, which chatbots repeated it and under what kind of question, and every action we took. 19 claims, last updated 24 Oct 2026.

VerdictFALSE — fabricated. MISLEADING — a real fact stretched into a false conclusion. UNSUPPORTED — presented as established, no evidence either way.
SpliceHow the lie is attached to the truth. A — one attribute swapped. B — a true premise, an illegitimate conclusion. C — true once, presented as current or systemic. D — invented outright, placed in a real story.
CriticalAn answer that repeated the claim and cited a listed source. Counts, not rates: a rate needs one persona, one market and one run.

A repeat count is a count, not a rate: a rate needs one persona, one market and one run, and those live on each claim's own page. Critical means the assistant repeated the claim and cited a listed source in the same answer.
